Creates tension to hold louvers in place through the use of friction. The inner diameter hole is slightly smaller than the Louver end cap Pin.

Notes: To install you will need to drill a 5/8" hole in the Frame of the shutter to accommodate the Tensioner. This item is typically used with Hollow Core Vinyl Shuttersshutters that have louvers sizes 3" and 4".
