*We can only ship to addresses inside the U.S (no international shipping)

Shipping

Due to the speed at which orders are processed and filled, confirmed orders cannot be changed or cancelled. Most Orders are shipped via Priority United States Postal Service and typically take 2-3 business days to arrive. Large or Heavy orders may be shipped via UPS Ground and typically take 5 to 7 days to arrive.

LOST packages while in the delivery process will be replaced at no charge*, HOWEVER, packages confirmed as delivered via the United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS) will not be refunded/replaced and will have to be reordered by the customer.

* Customer is responsible to input correct shipping information, Packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses  will not be refunded/replaced. Please make sure you have typed in your address correctly.

SIGNATURE REQUIRED DELIVERIES- If you would like to have your order delivered with a "receipt signature" or "proof of delivery" required,   you must call us to request this service BEFORE or at the time of the order.  An additional $2.00 postal fee will be required.

Wrong Part...Changed Your Mind?
 
These are all reasons you can return the NEW part(s) you've purchased. In fact you can return any New part for any reason. Parts must be returned in unused condition within 15 days of your purchase date. Shipping and Handling fees are not refundable. Returned parts are subject to a 20% restock fee.
Parts cut to length and/or painted are NON-RETURNABLE. 
 
Shipping damages must be reported within five days of receiving the damaged product. You will need to take a picture of the damaged packaging and or product and send it to or email at:  CustomerSupport@ShutterPartsDirect.com
 
Non-Returnable Parts 
 
Any items that have been Cut, Painted or Fabricated to your selected specifications.
Examples of these parts include, but are not limited to: Louvers, Tilt Bars, Frames,  Any items painted to a selected color.
 
 
 
 How to Return Parts
 
 Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
 
 ALL RETURNS require a Return Form Authorization (RFA). This information will allow us to process your refund upon receipt of the returned items. Contact us for a RFA at 661-587-5225.
 
Returned parts are subject to a 20% restock fee.
